Shipping and Delivery

Live Arrival Guarantee
Our Live Arrival Guarantee is part of these Terms. Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Failure to comply voids the guarantee.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued under the Live Arrival Guarantee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
