Shipping Methods

We ship all live fish via next-day air through FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight. This ensures the shortest transit time and highest survival rate. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a shipping date. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the box, as well as your location. As a general guideline:

• Small box (up to 2 fish): $50–$70
• Medium box (3–5 fish): $70–$90
• Large box (6+ fish or larger specimens): $90–$120

Exact shipping charges will be confirmed before payment is processed. For orders over $1,000, we may offer discounted or free shipping – ask for details.

Packaging

Your fish will be packed in professional, insulated shipping boxes with:

• Heavy-duty fish bags with oxygen
• Insulated foam liners
• Heat packs or cold packs depending on weather
• Clear "LIVE FISH" labeling

We take every precaution to ensure your fish arrive safely and with minimal stress.

Delivery Area

We ship to all 50 US states. However, due to temperature extremes, we may delay shipping during very hot or cold weather to protect the fish. We will work with you to find a safe shipping window.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Upon Arrival

You will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please be available to accept the delivery at the scheduled time. Once the package arrives:

• Open the box immediately and inspect the fish.
• Float the bags in your aquarium for 15–20 minutes to equalize temperature.
• Do not add bag water to your tank – net the fish out and discard the water.
• Acclimate slowly (drip acclimation recommended for stingrays).
